This notice explains how My Cosmetic Aligners ("we", "us") uses the personal information you give us when you use this website to ask to be matched with a clear aligner provider. We aim to keep it simple and clear.
Who we are

What we collect
- Your name, phone number, email address and postcode
- Your nearest town or area and your age range
- Your main concern about your teeth and whether you've had orthodontic treatment before
- Your preferred contact method and time, budget range (if given) and any message you send us
Some of this, such as information about your teeth, may be treated as health information. We only ask for what we need to match you with a provider, and we ask you not to include detailed medical information.
Why we use it
- To contact you about your enquiry
- To match you with a suitable clear aligner provider in your area
- To pass your details to that provider so they can arrange a consultation with you
We do this because you have given your consent when submitting the form. You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us.
Who we share it with
- Partner providers: a dental practice in Greater Manchester or Wilmslow that offers My Cosmetic Aligners. We only share your details with the provider we match you with, for the purpose of arranging your consultation. Once they have your details, the practice will also be responsible for how it uses them.
- Service providers: companies that help us run this website and receive form submissions, such as our web host (Hostinger), our form service (FormSubmit) and our email provider (Google). Website analytics are provided by Google Analytics.
We do not sell your personal information.
How long we keep it
We keep your enquiry details for up to 12 months after our last contact with you, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. After that, we delete them securely.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to:
- ask for a copy of the information we hold about you
- ask us to correct or delete it
- withdraw your consent or object to us using it
- ask us to limit how we use it
